Count the requests, then read the objections. A feature many users ask for may still not be worth building, so decide with both sides in view and write down the reason. SylvieSI gathers the requests and the objections into one Idea to make that possible.

A request is not a decision

Users ask for things all day. A request that many of them repeat is a strong sign, but it does not settle whether to build it. Mobius first collects every request about the same need, in the senders' own words, and shows who is asking.

Those requests become an Idea: one feature request with everything needed to decide on it.

Look for the objections

An Idea shows the arguments for building the feature and the arguments against. Suppose several accounts want to filter a table by their own fields. Another account exports the table to a spreadsheet and never opens the in-app view. That account is evidence against the filter, and the Idea shows it next to the requests.

Leaving the objections out would make a request look stronger than it is. The person deciding should see both sides.

Not every request can be built safely

Some requests are simple additions to a page. Others need a database change, a new API or a write action. The Runtime agent separates the two.

For a read-only feature, such as a table search and filter, it picks an approved component from a fixed catalog. SylvieSI ships and versions every component itself, and it writes no new code for your pages. If a request cannot be done safely, SylvieSI states why and sends it to engineering with a full specification.

Deciding

A person decides. The options are: already solved, ask for details, reject, defer, build an approved component for staging, or hand to engineering. Only Owners, Admins and Product members can decide, and a decision needs at least one source attached. The reason is saved next to the decision and linked to the accounts that asked.

If the answer is to build, SylvieSI tests the component in a real browser on staging, and a person approves the exact change before anyone outside your team sees it. SylvieSI then tells the people who asked. If the answer is no, they hear that too, with the reason.

Measuring the result

After delivery, the Outcome compares the feature with the success measure chosen when the decision was made. If the measure is breached, SylvieSI proposes switching the component off. Only measurements, or a person's confirmation, change the Outcome.
